We are excited to offer a private pay option for Summer Camp 2025.  If your camper does not yet have the waiver or you choose to not use their waiver to pay for summer camp, private pay can be an option. Please read the information below to see if our private pay option might work for your loved one.

Small Group Private Pay Options

• Must be appropriate for a group setting ratio (1:3, 1:4 – One DSP/Counselor to 3-4 campers)
• Must not be an elopement risk 
• Must not demonstrate any physically aggressive behaviors towards self or others (i.e., kicking, hitting, throwing, biting, etc.)
• Must be able to participate and engage independently as part of a small group (3-4 peers) during camp and on field trips with minimal support from staff.
• Must be able to follow and complete 1-2 step directions easily.
• Must be able to communicate his/her wants and needs.
• Must be able to tolerate new environments and crowds within the community with minimal support from staff.
• Must be able to toilet independently or with minimal support from staff.
• Must be able to be safely transported by staff members’ vehicles (i.e. refrain from unbuckling the seatbelt, distracting the driver etc.).

Cost: $80/day*, (+activity fee for the selected days)

*The private pay fee for 1:1 ratios will differ from the group rate, and will need to be discussed and approved beforehand with the Director of Programming. 

Deposit: $40 per day once registration is approved and accepted to secure your loved ones spot.
