We are excited to offer private pay options for our Summer Camp. This option is available for families whose camper does not yet have a waiver or who choose not to use their waiver for summer camp services. Please review the information below to determine whether the private pay option may be a good fit for your loved one.

Small Group Private Pay Eligibility

Campers participating in the small group private pay option must be appropriate for a group setting and meet the following safety & success requirements:

• Able to participate in a small group ratio of 1:3 or 1:4 (one HCSP/Counselor to 3–4 campers)
• Not an elopement risk
• Does not display physically aggressive behaviors toward self or others (e.g., hitting, kicking, biting, throwing)
• Able to engage and participate independently in camp activities and field trips alongside 3–4 peers with minimal staff support
• Able to follow and complete 1–2 step directions
• Able to tolerate new environments and community settings, including crowds, with minimal support
• Able to toilet independently or with minimal staff support
• Able to be safely transported in staff vehicles, including remaining buckled and not distracting the driver

Cost

• $80 per day*, plus any applicable activity fees for selected days

*Private pay rates for 1:1 support differ from the small group rate and must be discussed and approved in advance with the Director of Programming.

Deposit

• A $40 per day deposit is required once registration is approved to secure your loved one’s spot.
