Embracing Abilities Parents Day Out (PDO) is a monthly respite care event designed to support families of children with developmental disabilities. Hosted in a fun, camp-style setting, this program provides children with engaging, recreational activities while offering parents and caregivers a much-needed break to recharge. The Embracing Abilities Parents Day Program ensures a safe and enriching environment for children, while allowing caregivers to rest, attend to personal matters, or simply take time for themselves.
This supports participants using waiver services through Respite. A limited number of private pay spots are available for each session. Siblings are also welcome to attend through private pay registration.
