Embracing Abilities offers a 14 week internship program under the direct supervision of a CTRS. The internship is unique, as it is structured to provide direct experience under multiple different Certified Recreational Therapy Specialists.
Our interns work with a variety of ages and diagnoses who receive the medicaid waiver.
Interns will “see, learn, and do” in many areas including documentation, 1:1 sessions, group sessions, programming, professionalism, team work, and much more!
