Join us for our annual Summer Camp filled with exciting daily field trips in and around our communities! Explore, develop vocational skills, engage in physical activities, learn essential life skills, and immerse in creative experiences. Stay informed and plan your summer adventures with our monthly calendar, detailing the daily field trips and associated costs.
Our enthusiastic staff is eager to welcome your loved one to a summer of fun. To ensure a personalized experience, our caregiver ratios are carefully set at 1:1, 1:3, and 1:4, aligning with the unique nature of our community field trips. If your loved one thrives in small group settings, the 1:3 or 1:4 ratio could be an ideal option. Your child’s safety and well-being are our top priorities.
We can’t wait to have your child join us for an unforgettable summer!
Upon acceptance, each camper will be assigned to a team based on their age or specific social appropriateness requirements.
Once assigned, the team designation will remain constant throughout the entire camp duration and will not undergo any changes. This information will be clearly outlined in your confirmation email. To stay informed about your camper’s activities, you can refer to the team calendar, which provides a schedule for each day.
When selecting preferred dates, kindly consult your personal calendar to ensure compatibility with any existing vacation plans, doctor’s appointments, or other engagements that may conflict with the camp schedule. Please note that due to the nature of our program, early pick-up or drop-off cannot be accommodated. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Billing for camp services will cover the period from 9 am to 3 pm, reflecting a 6-hour daily usage. To facilitate this, we will reach out to your case manager and request the allocation of these hours from the waiver budget for the confirmed camp dates of the camper.
It’s important to note that the costs associated with the camper’s 1:1, 1:3, or 1:4 support are covered by the camper’s waiver budget. However, fees related to camp activities (such as entrance fees, movie tickets, etc.) are the responsibility of the family and must be paid in advance of the scheduled activity. Your understanding and prompt payment are greatly appreciated.
