Embracing Abilities is proud to offer service coordination to our families. Service coordinators are the direct contact for the families we serve to ensure they have coordination between all services and providers. Service coordinators provide updates to families regarding service availability, hours/units used, provider questions, and a general resource for a variety of tips and tricks to make their journey easier.
